"Sound colors - color sounds.

Two hobbies, one professional and the other amateurish and self-taught, complement each other perfectly for me:

Playing the violin demands control over the technique, you want to satisfy the composer, conductor and yourself and master your part of the score and fill it out musically.

Painting: artistic freedom, you use the components that come to mind, the most diverse utensils, color tones and nuances, light and dark, without guidelines, one thing demands the next as if by itself, without thinking."

- Annette Bik (violin)
