Klangforum Wien accompanies a class of students on a joint exploration of sound and its transformations. The first workshop with the students was held in the fall of 2012. Since then, they have been enthusiastically participating in regular sessions, and every year a new cohort explores the fascination of sound.
The sound experiments and musical listening games are designed to motivate the children to listen consciously and sharpen their perceptive skills. By actively making music or developing simple compositions, creativity, independent thinking and the ability to judge are encouraged.
