outHEAR New Music Week 2026

The outHEAR Music Week is an international symposium featuring a composition masterclass, during which members of Klangforum Wien ensemble Klangforum Wien students of the PPCM Program at the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz collaborate with participating composers to develop their new works. The most recent edition took place between April 13 and 21, April , in Thessaloniki, Greece, and for the first time also included the categories “Music for Piano Automaton” and “Music for Solo and Electronics.” In two final concerts, the programs developed were ultimately presented to the audience against an impressive backdrop at the Thessaloniki Concert Hall.
