Chaya Czernowin in conversation with Victoria Coeln

On the occasion of the Austrian premiere of The Fabrication of Light by Chaya Czernowin, the composer participated in our talk series FERMATE together with Victoria Coeln, whose artistic work investigates the phenomena of light, as for example in the permanent light installation "Chromotopia Konzerthaus," which has illuminated the façade of the Wiener Konzerthaus since 2007. In their conversation, they explored the process of invention, the need to take risks, and why the metaphor of light allows for deeply concealed emotional states to emerge. (Conversation in German)
