Amopera Trailer

On November 5, 2022, Klangforum Wien's first meta-opera was premiered together with the Belgian Needcompany at the Festspielhaus Erl in Tyrol.

AMOPERA stands for relationships, contrasts, hopelessness, and ecstasies, which make up the glowing and at the same time forbidding realm of love. Klangforum Wien under conductor Bas Wiegers tell a story about love in the first meta-opera together with Needcompany.
