§ 1 Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of sound carriers and products from the klangforum.at online shopShop in the version valid at the time of the order.
Any deviating agreements must be made in writing. With the submission of the order, the customer agrees to these GTC and is bound by them.

The presentation of the goods in our onlineShop and the respective range of services may change at any time. All offers are subject to change and a non-binding invitation to the customer to place an order. The customer's order is a binding offer. The contract is concluded by acceptance of the order by the Klangforum Wien : by sending an order confirmation by mail, fax or e-mail orimmediately by sending the ordered goods.
§3 Contract language
The contract language is German. All other information, customer service and complaint handling are provided in German throughout.
§4 Right of withdrawal
The statutory 14-day cancellation period applies. This expressly does not apply to the purchase of digital content. For these, the right of withdrawal expires with the download of the purchased digital content.
The customer bears the costs for the return shipment and the return.
The full or partial refund of the purchase price shall only be made concurrently with the return of the goods received from the Purchaser.
Furthermore, there is no right of withdrawal for goods that are returned by the customer unsealed, impaired or damaged.
§5 Prices, payment
In principle, that purchase price for the ordered goods shall be deemed agreed which results from our offer from the current sales brochures, price lists or other documentation of the Klangforum Wien . Unless otherwise stated, these prices include the statutory value-added tax, but exclude all expenses incurred in connection with the shipment.
Any export or import duties shall be borne by the customer.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered at the time in the Online-Shop .
§6 Shipping costs and delivery conditions
The order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment. The shipment will be made by mail or a common parcel delivery service.
If the goods are not available at the time of the order, the customer will be informed of this.
For orders in our online shopShop we charge a packaging and shipping fee of EUR 5.00 (Austria and EU), EUR 10.00 (worldwide) and may be adjusted depending on the product.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. In the event of incorrect, incomplete or unclear information, any resulting costs shall be attributable to the customer.
§7 Retention of title
We retain title to the goods until receipt of the full purchase price.
§8 Data processing
The use of personal data is governed by the privacy policy. The data protection declaration in its current version is an integral and binding part of these GTC.
§9 Final provisions and severability clause
All concluded contracts are exclusively subject to Austrian law. Should individual provisions of these GTC contradict mandatory statutory provisions (such as the provisions of the KSchG), the remaining provisions of these GTC shall nevertheless remain valid.
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
