Leuchtturm - a concert with Beat Furrer

Beat Furrer - founder of Klangforum Wien, visionary composer and beacon of a timeless concept of the advanced. Klangforum Wien's first concert of the new year (17.01.2024) was dedicated to its founder and most profound companion – the choice of works giving a “fast-forward résumé” of his inspiring artistry and evolution as a composer, in anticipation of his upcoming 70th birthday. The brilliance of his sound transformations captured the Mozart Hall at the Wiener Konzerthaus in the most emphatic way. Jubilant applause honoring Furrer at the conductor's podium.
