Together with the outstanding Ensemble for early and new music Cantando Admont, the Klangforum Wien presents current works by the Estonian composer Age Veeroos, the Russian composers Alexey Sysoev and Alexander Khubeev, as well as by the Kazakh Jamilia Jazylbekova and Valery Voronov from Belarus. The portrait of a generation of composers in their early 50s is predominantly drawn, from which Alexander Khubeev, who has won many awards in Western Europe, stands out as the youngest.
