The 34th edition of the Bludenzer Tage für zeitgemäße Musik open with a concert by Klangforum Wien. The programme includes world premieres by Jessie Cox, Giulia Monducci, and a new piece by Karen Power.
Two days later, the three ensemble members Paul Beckett (viola), Florian Müller (piano) and Björn Wilker (percussion) will collaborate with students from the Stella Vorarlberg Private University of Music to present the performance for the piece Real Telepaths. Music, that the players are already familiar with, is reimagined within a composed structure. A central performer strives to accommodate the multitude of voices, instruments, radio signals, and images.
